COMPLAINTS, CONTENT REMOVAL, AND APPEALS POLICY
I am required by the holders of the purse, IE the credit card racketeers, to provide a “complaints, content removal, and appeals” policy in the footer of this site.
The policy for all of the above is pretty simple.
COMPLAINTS
You’re more than welcome to bring to my attention content that you think is “illegal.” I can assure you that every piece of art that appears on this site was created not only legally, but ethically. Every performer and model in the videos and galleries was over the age of 18 at the time of filming, and every model consented to the manner in which they were depicted, and released to Black Label Magazine the legal right to publish or otherwise distribute the content that you see on this site. We do not accept any third party content that was not created in the same manner, and we maintain records pursuant to U.S.C. 2257 and other applicable law to prove this.
If, after reading this, you still feel that you have found some sort of non-consensual or otherwise illegal content on this website, we will be happy to hear your complaint and give you all the assurance you need. Email lincoln@blacklabelmag.com with your complaints or “requests to remove content.” We will investigate your complaint, and provide a thorough response within 7 days. Please be aware: if you do not have the legal authority to demand 2257 or Model Release records, we will not disclose them to you in order to protect the legal rights and privacy of our performers.

If you are in disagreement with our decision regarding your appeal, you have the right to have the matter settled by a neutral third party.
